Menus - Album “Frühling 1911 in Meran. Was uns Frau Emma geboten” with 27 postcards, used as menus for the Hotel Emma and the Hotel Pragser Wildsee. The sequence for “Diner” and “Souper” was handwritten. The menu includes “apple strudel” as dessert. The affixed picture postcards show a coloured illustration (perhaps by Toni Grubhofer) of the Hotel Pragser Wildsee with reference to the season: June-September.
